Sanika was born and raised in the northern side of Massachusetts. Then later moved to Texas, which created a synergy of southern hospitality and northern tenacity. As a real estate agent she is honored by the trust client's place in her. Which created an insatiable appetite to strive daily to exceed their expectations.
She graduated with a Bachelor in Management and Organizational Change. Where her career in Property Management started and the catalyst of interest in Real Estate began. In an industry where the market moves, it demands continuous education to keep abreast in her field.
She is dedicated and committed to finding the perfect fit for her client's housing desires. Great devotion, integrity and exceptional customer service are the hallmark of how she conducts her business, resulting in new referrals, loyal clients and fostered relationships.
